We are looking for an individual to join our Growth Account Management team as an Account Manager with a passion for sales, a curiosity about technology and the ability to build meaningful business relationships across complex, distributed organizations.
Reporting to the Director, Growth Account Management.
This position works Monday-Friday.
We are in the office 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
What your day looks like:
- Serve as primary point of contact for a significant portfolio of paying customers in the SMB and Startup space
- Focus on strategic account growth by creating new upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure contract renewals
- Accurately forecast and maintain a quarterly revenue and renewals pipeline
- Regularly explore new customer requirements to consistently deliver value through the Logz.io platform
- Work closely with Customer Success Engineering and Product teams to ensure customer’s technical success in the platform
- This role requires a candidate that is always prepared to take the initiative, advocate for the customer and own the entire sales cycle
Who we are looking for:
- 2+ years experience in SaaS sales or customer success management
- Proficiency in Salesforce and taking a process driven approach to sales
- Proven track record of overachievement in closing deals via phone, email, and web-meetings
- Comfortable working in a fast paced start-up environment
- Able to multitask and remain attentive to detail Knowledge of devops, cloud, and log analytics – advantage
