This is a full-time role and can be based remotely anywhere within The United States. Standard AI is a remote-first company, offering the flexibility to create work habits, locations, and schedules that best fit your lifestyle and commitments.

What You'll Do Here:

Conduct meaningful analyses to provide actionable insights that support product optimization and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics solutions focused on key retail metrics such as traffic, availability, and conversion rates.
Design and implement data-driven methodologies for A/B testing and merchandising strategies, ensuring positive impacts on customer experiences.
Develop AI models that leverage machine learning to improve consumer behavior analysis, enhancing retail strategies.
Lead innovative research projects and publish findings to advance our Vision Analytics platform.

What You've Done Before:

Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Machine Learning, or Operations Research.
5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on retail or e-commerce analytics.
Expertise in developing and applying AI and computer vision techniques.
Strong programming skills in Python or R and experience with cloud-based data platforms.
Proven a track record of publishing research and driving innovation in data science.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

We offer very competitive compensation. In addition to the Base Salary, we also offer Stock Options and Best-in-Class Benefits. The total compensation package will depend on multiple factors such as location, level, related experience and interview performance.

Target Starting Salary - Remote, USA

$200,000—$235,000 USD
